Dear Parents / Guardians,
the school is in the process of constituting the school p.t.a. and subsequently the school level fee committee (slfc) of the parents whose ward(s) is/are studying in the school for the academic session 2022 – 2023. due to covid-19 protocol, we are choosing the online procedure. provisions of Rajasthan schools (regulation of fee) act, 2016 and of Rajasthan schools (regulation of fee) rules, 2017. section 4.parent-teachers association.-
- every private school shall constitute parent-teachers association.
- the parent-teachers association shall be formed by the head of the school.
every teacher of the school and parent of every student in the school shall be a member of the parent-teachers association and an annual amount of rupees fifty, in case of urban area, shall be collected from each member of such association. this will be functional from September 2021.
Eligibility / Conditions
- Parents (P.T.A. members) who give the consent through this Google form or written application submitted to the school office by hand dated on or before 4th September, 2021 will be considered. The written application should reach the school office by 12:00 noon on 4th September, 2021, the last date for Google form submission is also the same. (If the applicant submits hand written application, then all the relevant details asked in the Google form should be included in the letter). - As per the Act, the application fee of Rs. 50/- is to be paid in the following account:

Once the payment of Rs. 50/- is successful, Screen shot of the same has to be taken and the Image/PDF has to be uploaded via the Online Form which will be filled by you. - The ward should be studying in the school in the academic year 2021-2022 in classes I to XI.
- If more than one child is studying, only one consent form per family will be considered.
- The applicant should have sufficient knowledge about the functioning of the school system, financial matters and the relevant guidelines of the government on SLFC related issues.
- The applicant should not be a habitual defaulter in paying fees (as on 01-09-2021 in our school records, fees mandated by the Supreme Court verdict concerning
academic session 2020-2021 should have been completed with and at least 1st Instalment of 2021-22 must have been cleared). - The applicant has been always cooperative with the school.
- If applying in person, submit a printed application on ‘A4’ Size Sheet with all the supportive Self Attested copies of the Documents: Aadhar, Last report card of ward, certificate of highest qualification of applicant, Payment receipt of 50/-.
- The applicant should upload his / her highest qualification degree certificate / marksheet.
- The Online Form is non editable after submission and only one chance is permitted. So kindly fill the correct details. In the event of any incorrect information, the application will be summarily rejected.
- In case there are excessive number of entries, the final selection would be done by lottery. As per SECTION 4(1)(C),five members from the P.T.A. shall be selected for the SLFC for a period of one year only.
